An evening to remember where our Siñeros and Maestros of Filfood prepared a Taste of Bangkota's Mangrove Menu, as Thanksgiving hosted by PH Expo Organizing Committee for the Filipino community at Olea, Kempinski Hotel Mall of Emirates.

 

PH Government was represented by Deputy Commissioner General- DTI Asec Rosario Gaetos, Tourism Promotions Board COO Anthonette Velasco-Alleones, H.E. Ambassador Hjayceelyn Quintana, Consul General Paul Raymund Cortes. Filfood's Lead Chef Andrew Paderes was anchored at PH Pavillion's Mangrove Café to create authentic dishes for the next six months while Chef Roberto Fortuno was at Kempinski leading other Siñeros & Maestro : Chef John Buenaventura of Hilton Yas Island, Chef Antonio Lopez of Teatro Park Rotana, Chef Enrique Suarez of Insight-Wafi Group, Chef Rod Hinampas of Sannine Bakery, Chef Ruel Fevidal of Kempinski and Maestro Alberto Opeña on Filipino beverages.
