Chef Julyss Albor

Featured at the Philippine Halal Exposition 2017, Chef Julyss successfully showcased a selection of Philippine cuisine such as Chicken Adobo sa Gata, Crispy Bone Marrow Kare Kare and Duck Arrozcaldo to the international community. He is an independent culinary consultant, assisting restaurants with filipino cuisine menus. He worked as an Executive Chef at Elite MC Group Abu Dhabi for seven years.

Chef Roderick Hinampas

The man behind the grandiose cake for the 121st celebration of the Philippine Independence is an experienced Executive Pastry Chef at LIFCO Group with a demonstrated history of working in the food & beverages industry. A professional with a Bachelor of Science in Hospitality Management focused in Restaurant, Culinary, and Catering Management from the University of the Philippines and an active member of the Emirates Culinary Guild.

Chef Amro Al Yassin

With 23 years of experience as a professional chef, Chef Amro has several positions in the country and world wide. Currently, he is the VP Dubai of Emirates Culinary Guild, Founder of Arabic Chefs in UAE, General Secretary of Syrian Culinary Guild, Certified International Judge from World Associations of Chef Societies, Senior Member of Chaine Des Rôtisseurs - the first Chefs Association in the world 1248.

 

Chef Amro has been voted as one of the top 10 chefs in the region , Celebrity Chef , now is working as Product Development Chef at MAM Food Co LLC in Dubai - UAE.

Chef Antonio Lopez Jr.

Chef Antonio is an experienced culinary professional with a demonstrated history of

working in the hospitality industry. Highly skilled in the culinary sphere, food & beverage, hospitality management and customer service, he has worked with various 5* chains including Sheraton, JW Marriott, Sofitel and Accor.

 

Currently an Executive Sous Chef and the head chef of the renowned Teatro restaurant at Park Rotana Abu Dhabi, he is the driving force behind the restaurant’s numerous

local and international awards including Best International Restaurant & Best Fusion Restaurant in Abu Dhabi.

Chef Andrew Paderes

Chef Andrew is a self-taught Chef and graduate of BS Hotel and Restaurant Management at University of Sto. Tomas Manila, Philippines. He became a culinary instructor (UST) before he acquired extensive Michelin star experience at MAZE by Gordon Ramsay and NOBU in London.

 

Being in the UAE for 9 years he has opened and consulted for big successful restaurant brands such as Stars N Bars. He has received numerous multimedia accolades and industry nominations and awards. For several years, He was the only Filipino featured in the annual foodie event Taste of Dubai.  Currently, he is the Group Executive Chef at Catch 22, AWJ Investments LLC, was a Finalist for Chef of the Year at the Pro Chef ME Awards and Finalist for Hospitality Professional of the Year at The Filipino Times Awards 2019.

Chef John Buenaventura

As a young entrepreneur putting his stamp on the local food scene while changing the game for Filipino restaurateurs who mostly prefer to be comfortable within the community niche, it has been sheer blood, sweat, and tears that lead him to where he stands now. Armed with fifteen years of hardcore culinary experience, John expresses that despite the long hours, the roller coaster of entrepreneurship, and the hundreds of cuts and bruises, he couldn’t imagine dedicating himself to anything else.

Chef Edward Dinoso

Chef Edward is Corporate Chef at Asia Gulf Companies (La Carne Premium Meat). Trained by Meat & Livestock Australia and Certified Wagyu Master Chef Chey Ryuji Higashiyama of the Japanese Wagyu Associaton.

 

His several notable experiences include being a Featured Chef during the Philippine National Day Celebrations held at Emirates Palace Hotel Abu Dhabi showcasing Spanish Paella and being Guest Chef at the Philippine Ambassador’s Residence. Prior to Abu Dhabi he boasts 10 years experience in Hotel, Restaurant, Catering & Commissary Operations from Jollibee Foods Corporation, Wendys Philippines, Hotel Rembrant to Souk Kafe.

Chef Enrique Suarez Jr.

Chef Enrique, also known as Chef Henry, is an Executive Chef with 2 decades of successful experience. Chef Henry is highly adaptable and accomplished in all cuisine types including Italian, Thai, Chinese, Japanese, Indian, French and Filipino. He possesses proven versatility with experience in hotels, independent restaurants, off site catering, store fronts and manufacturing. Chef Henry is also experienced in operating food and beverage establishments in UAE, Kuwait, Qatar, Bahrain, Muscat, Egypt and the United Kingdom.

 

Chef Henry is now the Executive Brand Chef of Max’s Restaurant and Carluccio's Italian in the Middle East.

Bevmaster Albert Opena

Established in 2013, OUNCE is the leading Event Management solution, a facilities management and consultancy specializing in Food & Beverage services, providing manpower supply not limited to professional Bartender, flair bartender, mixologists, wait staff, hostess & chefs in the UAE.

 

The company has been working closely with well-known companies in the UAE such as MMI, Spinney’s Abu Dhabi, Flash Entertainment, Horeca and other esteemed oirganizations. Events include Formula 1, Meydan World Cup, Trade Center Concerts, Rugby 7s, Taste of Dubai and Yas Du Arena Concerts. Alberto also works as a freelance Brand ambassador and Trade Marketing Executive under MMI - the home to the World’s leading beer, wine and spirits brand, as well as many other companies in Dubai. He was also entrusted as the Brand Ambassador for representing brands like Bacardi and Jack Daniels.

Chef Roberto Fortuno

Chef Roberto is a creative restaurant consultant and travel gourmet chef, making use of seasonal ingredients and an artistic mind. A Former Executive chef of Mamatani in Dubai and Seventy-One Café in Abu Dhabi, he has developed a genuine taste of Emirati cuisine. He was also Senior Chef at the Ritz-Carlton Hotel in Dubai International Financial Centre and Corporate Chef of Solterra Middle East.
